This is a personalized, one-on-one session with a professional bass angler. John Garrett has been successful in each step of competitive bass fishing, from his early high school days to being a leader and key member of the Bethel University Fishing Team from 2015 through 2019. In 2016, as a member of the Bethel team, John won the Bassmaster College Classic Bracket tournament and earned an appearance in the 2017 Bassmaster Classic on Lake Conroe near Houston, TX. In 2020 and 2021, John competed on the Bassmaster Open Tournament Tour and finished in the top five for 2021 Open Angler of the Year (AOY) and just one AOY point shy of earning a Bassmaster Elite Series invitation. John’s laid-back personality will put you at ease, and he is proficient in all types of bass fishing techniques and situations. His communication and teaching skills will ensure that you will become a better bass angler.

BIG CYPRUS

The Big Cyprus guided duck hunting experience provides a first-class way to enjoy this sport from the comfort of a spacious, well heated dry duck blind. Located on Reelfoot Lake in beautiful West Tennessee, John and his crew provide a safe and family friendly atmosphere. A complete experience for beginners and experts alike, it begins with a complimentary hot breakfast and culminates with a nice lunch after the hunt. All hunters must provide a current, valid Tennessee hunting license and a current, valid Tennessee waterfowl license with a valid Federal duck stamp, legal shotguns, and shotgun shells with federally approved non-toxic shot for duck hunting.

WALNUT GAP

$1,500/day

The Walnut Gap guided duck hunt is a great way for the young and young at heart to enjoy the rare experience of exceptional duck hunting in a very scenic environment, providing memories for a lifetime. This guided duck hunting experience starts at first daylight with a complimentary hot breakfast and wraps up with a nice lunch after the hunt. Hunters only need a valid hunting license along with their legal shotgun and ammunition (check Tennessee and Federal requirements for duck stamps and legal firearms and ammunition). Plenty of photo opportunities will exist for duck hunting successes, happy hunters, and many scenes of historic and beautiful Reelfoot Lake in West Tennessee.

GRAVEYARD HOLE

$1,500/day

The Graveyard Hole guided duck hunt is on flooded timber and provides an all-day, quality hunt for the seasoned veteran and novice hunter, alike. Located on Reelfoot Lake in beautiful West Tennessee, John and his crew provide a safe and family-friendly atmosphere. It begins with a complimentary hot breakfast and culminates with a nice lunch after the hunt. All hunters must provide a current, valid Tennessee hunting license and a current, valid Tennessee waterfowl license with a valid Federal duck stamp, legal shotguns, and shotgun shells with federally approved non-toxic shot for duck hunting.
